About Lital

Lital Diament is the founder of MontanaTherapyForMoms. Lital’s approach is a holistic one. She looks at the whole person in order to identify the basic core self, taking into consideration any underlying medical issues, such as autoimmune disorders, as factors in emotional well-being. Lital also specializes in working with women who are struggling with all aspects of infertility and pregnancy loss.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

Lital Diament holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Northridge, and a Master of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy and Dual Diagnosis from Phillips Graduate Institute. With over a decade of experience, Lital specializes in supporting individuals from conception through adolescence, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Throughout her career, Lital has worked as a tutor, behaviorist, and teacher, gaining invaluable insights into both typical and atypical developmental processes. Her extensive background includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across various sectors, including research, education, healthcare, and psychotherapy. As a clinical supervisor, Lital is passionate about cultivating a safe, supportive, and shame-free environment for future mental health professionals entering private practice.

In addition to her therapeutic expertise, Lital is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), focusing on the connection between nutrition and mental wellness. She employs various therapeutic modalities, including Brainspotting and EMDR, and is PAIL certified as a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Advocate. Lital is also a certified yoga instructor and a HEAL Facilitator, utilizing equine-assisted therapy to provide holistic healing approaches.

As an avid horse lover, Lital integrates animal-assisted therapy into her practice, helping clients find relief from anxiety and stress. She founded MontanaTherapyForMoms, driven by her belief in a nurturing, mothering approach to therapy. Lital is dedicated to ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported on their healing journey. She is passionate about helping women throughout any stage of their lives - whether it is working with veterans, mothers, or women who need a safe place to be seen and heard.

Licensed to practice in California, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, and Wyoming, Lital Diament is committed to fostering a compassionate space for growth and transformation.

Meet Audrey Daniecki

Audrey Daniecki holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University, where she cultivated her deep commitment to helping others through evidence-based and client-centered practices. With a warm and compassionate approach, Audrey creates a safe and individualized space for clients to explore their healing journeys, process difficult emotions, and embrace self-discovery.

A devoted mother herself, Audrey understands the complex and deeply personal experiences of motherhood. She brings empathy and insight into the unique challenges parents face, offering support that acknowledges the emotional nuances and shifting identities that come with caregiving and family life.

Audrey’s rich professional background includes serving as a domestic abuse victim advocate and six years of honorable service in the U.S. Air Force. These experiences shaped her trauma-informed lens and strengthened her passion for supporting others through life’s most difficult transitions. Her clinical interests include solution-focused therapy, trauma recovery, and mindfulness-based strategies—each aimed at fostering resilience, clarity, and personal growth.

Audrey’s therapeutic style is rooted in collaboration, openness, and trust. She prioritizes your voice and values, working alongside you to set meaningful goals and take empowered steps forward. Audrey is LGBTQ+ affirming and dedicated to inclusive care that honors diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.

Meet Taylor Muessig

Professional Candidate Clinical Professional Counselor #BBH-PCLC-LIC-88043. 

Taylor is a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Counselor (PCLC) who earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and her undergraduate degree in Biology from Rocky Mountain College. She works with clients of all genders, supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and life transitions. and women in the unique challenges of the perinatal, postpartum, and perimenopausal periods.

With 10 years of hands-on healthcare experience as a CNA—including 3 years on a Labor and Delivery Unit—Taylor has gained extensive clinical knowledge, honed her ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care, and developed a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and transitional challenges people face. This professional expertise, combined with her lived experience as a mother of three, allows her to bring both skill and authentic insight to every session. Having personally experienced postpartum depression and anxiety, she combines empathy with evidence-based strategies to provide meaningful, personalized support.  

Taylor’s approach is culturally sensitive and trauma-informed. She blends warmth, collaboration, and clear direction, using practical, evidence-based strategies alongside holistic approaches and parts work inspired by IFS. Her sessions are purposeful and engaging, helping clients understand themselves, navigate challenges, and make lasting change while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

A proud LGBTQ+ ally, Taylor honors each client’s unique story and considers it a privilege to walk alongside them on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
