About Lital

Lital Diament is the founder of MontanaTherapyForMoms. Lital’s approach is a holistic one. She looks at the whole person in order to identify the basic core self, taking into consideration any underlying medical issues, such as autoimmune disorders, as factors in emotional well-being. Lital also specializes in working with women who are struggling with all aspects of infertility and pregnancy loss.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

Lital Diament holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Northridge, and a Master of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy and Dual Diagnosis from Phillips Graduate Institute. With over a decade of experience, Lital specializes in supporting individuals from conception through adolescence, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Throughout her career, Lital has worked as a tutor, behaviorist, and teacher, gaining invaluable insights into both typical and atypical developmental processes. Her extensive background includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across various sectors, including research, education, healthcare, and psychotherapy. As a clinical supervisor, Lital is passionate about cultivating a safe, supportive, and shame-free environment for future mental health professionals entering private practice.

In addition to her therapeutic expertise, Lital is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), focusing on the connection between nutrition and mental wellness. She employs various therapeutic modalities, including Brainspotting and EMDR, and is PAIL certified as a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Advocate. Lital is also a certified yoga instructor and a HEAL Facilitator, utilizing equine-assisted therapy to provide holistic healing approaches.

As an avid horse lover, Lital integrates animal-assisted therapy into her practice, helping clients find relief from anxiety and stress. She founded MontanaTherapyForMoms, driven by her belief in a nurturing, mothering approach to therapy. Lital is dedicated to ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported on their healing journey. She is passionate about helping women throughout any stage of their lives - whether it is working with veterans, mothers, or women who need a safe place to be seen and heard.

Licensed to practice in California, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, and Utah, Lital Diament is committed to fostering a compassionate space for growth and transformation.

Meet Taylor Muessig

Professional Candidate Clinical Professional Counselor #BBH-PCLC-LIC-88043. 

Taylor is a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Counselor (PCLC) specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health and couples therapy. She supports women and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, relationship changes, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the many transitions that come with becoming a parent. 

With 10 years of healthcare experience as a CNA, including 3 years working in Labor and Delivery, Taylor brings a unique understanding of the physical and emotional experiences surrounding pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a mother of three who has personally experienced postpartum depression and anxiety, she offers both professional expertise and genuine understanding of how challenging this season can be.

Taylor’s approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. She integrates evidence-based strategies with somatic awareness, holistic approaches, and parts work inspired by IFS. In couples therapy, she helps partners better understand patterns of disconnection, improve communication, and rebuild emotional connection and intimacy. Taylor is also EMDR-trained.

Taylor believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be fully yourself while also being gently challenged toward meaningful change. She is a proud LGBTQ+ ally and welcomes clients of all backgrounds and identities.

Taylor earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and is currently supervised by Lital Diament, MA, LMFT, MT#56973.
